Get Started!

Step 1: Complete the Application: Create an online account and complete the registration paperwork.

Step 2: Schedule a Screening: We will be in touch to answer any questions, discuss needs and/or goals, and schedule a screening at our facility. The screening will last about one hour and will give us a chance to learn more about you, determine what classes would be the best fit, and give you the ability to see our facility!  

• Please note: Medical History Form and any necessary Specialty Forms should be completed prior to the screening.

Step 3: Schedule Upcoming Sessions: At the conclusion of the screening, we will have established what class will be the best fit for your wants, needs, and goals.  You will then be able to request and register for a class!
