We Can Ride Barn & Facility Manager
30 hours per week, flexible schedule, on call for emergencies
Join a team of dedicated individuals making a difference in the lives of individuals with a disability.
Responsible for:  actively feeding, cleaning, and equine nutrition for the therapy herd at Minnetonka site, ordering grain, hay, farrier, vet, and supplies, overseeing volunteers assisting in the horse care program, and upkeep and maintenance of the facility.  Strong equine care and handling background is a must.

Equine Manager, Minnetonka
30 hours per week, 2^nd on call for horse emergencies
Join a team of dedicated individuals making a difference in the lives of individuals with a disability.
Responsible for leading conditioning/schooling team, orientation for new horses, new and ongoing equine evaluation.  This person will be teaching approximately 10 hours (5-6 lessons) per week and may include Instructor on site duties as needed. He/She is also responsible for horse work schedules, tack fitting, and equine work scheduling and behavior assessment/problem solving. This person will work closely with Instructors, volunteers, Barn & Facility Manager to ensure effective and happy horse mental and physical health. 
MUST be PATH Intl certified Instructor (no exceptions) and strong equine handling and people skills required!
