This spectacular culinary event is We Can Ride's premier fundraiser. Chef Jim Malinowski prepares this
multi-course feast with the support of a team of over 40 chefs from around the state who bring their talents to your table. The evening is graciously hosted by the elegant Edinburgh Country Club in Brooklyn Park, MN, and begins with a social hour for guests to mingle with friends, bid on silent auction items, and sample a selection of creatively prepared hors d'oeuvres. The evening continues with a multi-course dinner and scrumptious dessert, followed by a live auction. The live auction boasts a chance to bid on gourmet dinners prepared in your home, vacation packages, and one-of-a-kind items.
